Pick a consultation event, upload the audio or a text transcript, get a transcript, structured summary,
suggested kit from your spreadsheet template, and a proposal draft.
By default the tool loads events from the last 14 days plus today. Override the date range here if needed.
Both dates required. Clear override to return to the automatic last-14-days window.
Step 2 – Upload consultation audio & process
Export from DJI Mic / Voice Memos first, or upload a .txt transcript. Audio is converted to WAV in-browser for Whisper where possible.
Whisper supports files up to ~25 MB per request; larger recordings will be split into chunks automatically.
If this box is non-empty, the tool will skip audio transcription and use the pasted text as the transcript.
Uses your OpenAI key stored in this browser (see “API key” panel below).
The tool reads:
Products (A3:H500 headers on row 3, data rows A4:H500) and
Guided (frequent kit),
then writes the chosen Product (col C) and Qty (col G) into the existing
Checklists sheet (and uses MISC from row 278 for anything not in your Products list).
It does not overwrite formula columns.
Default OFF (Be Strict). If OFF, unlisted items go into MISC with name + qty + justification, but price/link stay blank.
Category is guidance only — it must never block cross-category dependencies (e.g. routers for mixers).
Use the template you’ve filled with prices, labour, totals etc.
The tool will read the Checklists sheet if present, otherwise the first sheet.
